      Two identical pools can cost very different amounts to install. The range covers real past installations — and the spread comes from the site, not the pool:

      • Access. A wide side gate means standard excavation; a tight squeeze needs smaller machines, more time, sometimes a specialised trailer.
      • Lifting the shell in. Where the lorry can reach the hole, the pool is lifted straight in at no extra cost. Where it can't, a contract crane is brought in.
      • Ground & soil. What we dig out, what the ground is like, and whether spoil stays in your garden or is taken away.
      • Runs & services. Distance from the pool to the plant room, power supply, and how the pool is filled.
